How to use Skype

Firstly, you need to remember to already have SKYPE dowloaded if you want to make an account on it.
If not, just go on http://www.google.com/ and type Skype dowload.After clicking on your desired link, click DOWNLOAD on the new page that has opened.
Anyway, to create an account on Skype, open it and click on CREATE NEW ACCOUNT.
After that you need to give information about yourself  asin your name, date of birth,etc.

After that, you agree to the terms and conditions and click on CREATE MY ACCOUNT.Then, a new page will open stating, WELCOME TO SKYPE,You need to SIGN IN,

After that, to make video calls, you need to ADD A CONTACT.Click CONTACTS and then on NEW CONTACT.Add either the username of your desired person and then on GO.If the person is on SKYPE, the name and country will appear. Add that person in your contacts and click on  MAKE A VIDEO CALL.

There!!You're ready to connect with Skype!!!!!!

HOW TO USE SPREAD SHEET

First open Microsoft Excel and click new.

Now choose a box ,click on it and write on it using the bar above.

Now, choose a topic. Like for example on food,Keep on adding information and to create a Pie Chart go to insert and click chart. Choose pie or if you want to, there are many other various charts to choose from.It depends on you.

Now, choose a pie from six of  the options presented to you and click next.

There will be a box of range data, write data in it.

Then click next so your chart would be shown like this:

HOW TO USE TIMELINER 4.0

·         First, open  timeliner 4.0, click on new and choose a timeline type .

      The tutorial below is on how to make a standard timeline.Click on STANDARD and a new page will open.

     

    Then  write the year or date in the column when and the event that took place in the column what. Fill as many as events and dates as required.

     You can also edit your timeline if something goes wrong by clicking the button edit at the left corner.

    When you have edited click ok.  



              Finally click on the blue timeline icon at the upper left corner.

              YOUR TIMELINE IS READY!Now you can compile any sort of event that has taken place in the past!By exploring timeliner 4.0 you can find various more ways of making timelines!

HOW TO MAKE A POWERPOINT PRESENTATION?

• First, click on power point presentation  and add title and subtitle to your presentation.

• Then, clicks insert and then “new slide” .So new slide layout would appear  on the right side of your screen. Choose according to your choice.

  

• Next, add text related to your topic and then click format and then click slide design. Now choose a background   for your presentation.

• Next keep on adding new slides  ,images and the text  related to your specific topic and  you also  might add information and different pictures to your presentation.

Finally, when your presentation is ready   so click on slide show and view slide show of your presentation.

How to create your own blog!

 First,log on with your gmail account.You must already have a gmail account to create your blog, if you do not have an account then you can create one on www.gmail.com.

 Anyway, after you have signed in you click on create blog and a new page appears on which you type the name of your blog, it's url and type the word which you have been asked to verify.

Another page opens stating YOUR BLOG HAS BEEN CREATED, click on START BLOGGING.

  Choose a starter template and click  CONTINUE.That's about it, if you want to design your blog, click on  DESIGN,choose a new template,picture and start blogging!!!!!
